If I was that lady I would defiantly take the bank to court. They had absolutely no right doing the things they did. However, I understand the lady would have SOME emotional distress but not being able to go into your own house is a little ridiculous. I am not in her place so there is no telling just how I would react but I am not going to lie I would probably pack all of my stuff that wasn't destroyed and move. Before, I messed with anything though I would take a TON of pictures, for the court case! Some people are just greedy and it's not really fair. But that is the way of the world!
